• Personal Information — your email address and any details you voluntarily provide when creating a cloud account or contacting us.

Information collected via technology: We use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, such as maintaining your logged-in session. We may also use automated tools and third-party services to collect usage data, including interaction patterns and product analytics, for the purpose of improving and enhancing the Service. Such data is collected in aggregate or anonymised form where possible and is retained only for a limited period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy.

Product analytics and session data: We may record and analyse user interactions with the Service — including session replays and general usage analytics — solely to understand how the Service is used, diagnose issues, and improve the overall user experience. These recordings and analytics do not intentionally capture sensitive personal information. Session replays are automatically deleted after a limited 30-day retention period.

Self-hosted deployments: The core PandaProbe platform is available as open-source software under the Apache 2.0 License at github.com/chirpz-ai/pandaprobe. Self-hosted deployments do not transmit personal information to Chirpz AI Inc.

Children's privacy: The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us at support@pandaprobe.com and we will delete that information promptly.

II. How We Use and Share Information

We use your Personal Information to operate the Service, respond to inquiries, provide technical support, and communicate service updates. We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service — including but not limited to hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information by contacting us directly. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Chirpz AI Inc. through the Site and Service.

VII. Open Source

The core PandaProbe platform is open-source software licensed under the Apache 2.0 License. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the cloud-hosted Service operated by Chirpz AI Inc. Use of the open-source code in self-hosted environments is not subject to this policy.

VIII. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice on the Site. Non-material clarifications take effect immediately. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
